Pricing Explained
Fabrics are listed in 0.5m increments, this is so you can buy just as much as you need.
To order one metre of fabric please add 2 pieces to the cart. Your fabric will be cut in one continuous length where possible.
The prices are clearly set out in the product titles.
Panels and bundles are priced per item/bundle.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards securely, via stripe.
We also accept PayPal.
Clearpay allows you to pay in instalments, you can checkout using Clearpay, with a payment schedule set out by Clearpay. Your fabric will be sent out within our usual dispatch times, no need to wait until you have paid of the entire balance.
All payments must be made at the time of ordering.
Change/Cancel an Order
Due to the timeframe in which we aim to post your orders out it may not be possible to change or cancel an order.
If you need to please message us ASAP. We can’t guarantee this. If we have posted your order out you will be unable to change or cancel your order.
However you can return the fabric at your own cost for a refund, minus initial postage costs.
Track My Order
Any orders sent out via DPD and other couriers will be fully track able. You will receive an email from DPD when we have posted your order out to you.
How can I create an Account?
You can create an account under ‘ My Account’ at the top of the page, or in the menu if on mobile.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued if there is a fault with the fabric. Please send us an email detailing the issues with photographs of any damage. Please see our Return policy.
Flaws are considered within the scope of normal if they are within 10cm of the selvedge edge, or can fit under a 10p coin. Returns and refunds cannot be offered on items with flaws that fall into either of these categories.
Returns
We are very proud of our fabrics and only send out what we believe to be of high quality with no imperfections and we try and check over everything before it is sent out. However, mistakes do happen. If you happen to receive an item which is not as described or is damaged in any way, please contact us and send a photo of the damage and we will take it from there.
We offer a no fuss returns within 14 days from the day you received your order. If there is an item/s you would like to return, please contact us via email at [email protected] We will then provide you with returning details.
Items must be returned in their sent condition:
- unwashed
- uncut
- must not smell of smoke/pets
We will be unable to refund if items are not in their original condition
Return delivery is at your cost and we recommend your items are returned via tracked delivery to make sure they reach us safely. Your refund will be issued within 7 days from the receipt of your returned items. Minus the initial postage costs. If your items are flawed, damaged or not as described the return postage will be covered by us.
We reserve the right to return your goods to you if these have been used.

Dispatching Time
Occasionally your order may be delayed, due to illness, or stock shortages. We aim to keep you updated if this is the case.
Dispatch times are subject to change.
UK Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on value of your order.
- All orders under £30 have the option of being sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, the usual delivery time is 3 working days but it may take up to 15 working days for your order to arrive.
- You will receive the email notification.
- Please not this is not fully tracked service and the update is provided at the first delivery attempt.
- If you miss the delivery or something goes wrong you can check for the status of the parcel.
For orders £30 and under the postage cost is £4.00
- All orders over 2kg are sent via DPD Next day, fully tracked, with delivery options and a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
- The usual delivery time, after dispatch (we aim to dispatch within 48h), is 1 working day but it may take up to 2 days.
- You will receive an email from us with link to tracking info.
- It’s a fully tracked service, with a 1 hour delivery window.
DPD do not collect on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
We do not visit the post office over the weekend due to the pandemic, we are limiting post office trips to 2-3 times a week.
By holding orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday it makes postage more affordable for our customers who wish to add fabrics from the Sunday drop.

- Parcels under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail International.
- Delivery time vary depending on country but usually around 5-7 working days.
- Parcels over 2kg are sent via courier, we use UPS, DPD and LANDMARK depending on shipping country.

- Depending on location delivery takes between 5-20 working days.

Can I combine orders to save on postage?
If you have made an order and decided you wanted to add to your order, you can and when it comes to the checkout on the second order, make sure to use the code: combineorders . This will give you a free postage option to select. You can only use this code if you have paid postage on an un-dispatched item. If you use this code otherwise, your items wont be posted until postage is paid.
